ABOUT
Red Fox Run B&B has one accommodation and is set on 7 acres in Historic Cazenovia. We are located only three miles from Cazenovia Lake and the Historic Inn Restaurants. The host family raised and educated their three grown sons in this lovely country setting, where they learned to care for the farm and produce pure maple syrup.
ONE ACCOMMODATION
The 1854 Farmhouse Suite is a Private One Bedroom Apartment. It includes a full kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry and outdoor deck. It sleeps 1-4 guests with one queen bed and two twin floor beds. The suite has a private driveway, private parking and private entrance. Breakfast is included for your first-morning stay.

Check-in any time after 3:00pm with Door Code and Check-out by 10:00am.
No Smoking on Property
We do not allow smoking in the suite or anywhere on property.
No Parties
This is a quiet getaway retreat that sleeps 1-4 guests. We do welcome small bridal groups and corporate groups with a 4-guest maximum.
No Pets or Animals Allowed
The host family has severe allergies to pet dander. If traveling with animals, we kindly request that you find other
accommodations.
No Disabled Access
Must climb one flight of stairs to suite.

No Infants or Children
Due to an open staircase without a railing on one side, we do not allow children under the age of 13.

Payments
All major credit cards are accepted. Full payment plus a 13% tax is due upon booking.
Cancellations and Refunds
Full Refund for cancellations At Least 14 Days Prior to Arrival, less a 4% Processing Fee.
We recommend purchasing our Travel Protection Plan when booking your reservation. No Refunds or Date Changes can be made for reservations cancelled Within 14 Days of Arrival.

Check-in Sunday, Monday or Tuesday for 3 Nights
Plan your Fall Foliage hike at nearby Highland Forest or Chittenango Falls. Apple picking at Central New York’s premier Apple Orchard Beak & Skiff in Lafayette. Plan a day trip to Old Forge and see the Adirondack colors from the top of McCauley Mountain. You can hike the wooded trails or take the chairlift to the top. Either way, it is a beautiful experience and worth the 2 hour drive into Adirondack Park.
